Personal Data |
Personal data is ”individual information about the personal and factual circumstances of a specific or specifiable natural person (person concerned)” (§ 3 Section 1 BDSG). This refers to information about a person in a specific context, personal or professional, that is not generally accessible, as in the telephone book for example. Persons include employees, shareholders, customers, suppliers, representatives, insurance holders, tenants and so on. If you visit our website our web server, by default, saves the name of your Internet service provider, the website from where you are visiting us, the websites that you visit with us, as well as the date and length of the visit. Furthermore, personal data is only saved if you give it to us voluntarily, for example as part of mailshots or when ordering a catalogue. It is therefore your decision as to whether you give this data. Your information will be saved on specially protected servers in Germany. By submitting an application, you are entitled to receive information about the data about you that is saved at no charge. If you have given us personal data, you can delete it, correct it, or block it at any time. Data for invoicing and accounting purposes are excluded from the deletion process.
